The factors of heredity and environment play an important role in trees before harvesting, thereby influencing grain structure and density. Certain natural variations, including wood tone and grain structure, should be acceptable to the customer.
Since wood is a natural product, it will change color with age and continually expand and contract with humidity changes. Very slight warping is a normal occurrence in some climates due to the cycle of these natural expansions and/or contractions.
We warrant our furniture products to be free from defects in workmanship under normal household use and service, for a period of up to three years following the date of purchase. This warranty will not apply to damages arising from neglect, accidental or intentional damage, institutional use or commercial use, damage or wear to swivel mechanisms, exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, misuse of the product, or merchandise ordered unfinished. No warranty is expressed or implied on electrical components.
At the discretion of Roguewood Furniture, any repairs or replacement under this warranty shall be made through an authorized Roguewood Furniture dealer, distributor, and/or repair company at no charge to the customer. If the factory representative finds it necessary to return the item(s) to the factory, the packing and shipping costs to the factory will be charged to the customer. Roguewood Furniture will repair or replace the product and ship it (or an item of equivalent type and quality if exact replacement is unavailable) to the dealer authorizing the return or directly to the customer.
Expressly excluded by this warranty is liability for consequential property or commercial damages.
